Дом со всеми удобствами, большой территорией 25 соток, на территории волейбол, мини-футбол, теннис, спортплощадка, баня, костровая зона, байдарки, велосипеды, вечером соловьи... Около дома лес с грибами и ягодами, рыбалка, охота... Скучно не будет.
