Advantages:

Бесконтактное заселение, наличие небольшого двора где можно припарковать не большую машину. Тихо, уютно.

Disadvantages:

Всё не первой свежести. Видно что всю мебель собирали с миру по нитке. Были откровенно пыльные полы. Вода в душе еле текла. Помыться проблематично.
