Большой, уютный дом для проживания ( горячая, холодная вода). Изолированные 5 спален, гостиная с камином и телевизором, НТВ+, есть кабинет. На кухне всё для проживания. Два санузла, а также отдельный туалет на улице, и душ в бане. Маленький огородик и цветник, который необходимо поливать. Горячая вода, душ. Не далёко спорткомплекс раубичи и Дубровенское водохранилище с пляжем ( частным и общественным, 10 минут езды на авто). Кухня полностью укомплектована.
Один минус: ступеньки на второй этаж, и немного по территории. Но для пожилых людей - изолированная уютная спальня на 1 этаже.
Добро пожаловать аккуратных, ответственных, ценящих красоту, уют, комфорт, тишину и единение с природой людей!
Из Минска можно добраться на такси, работает доставка евроопт, есть магазин в шаговой доступности продуктовый и 5 км в поселке лесное супермаркеты, кафе, магазины.
