Advantages:

Хорошая квартира , находится недалеко от метро Академия наук .есть все для комфортного проживания , для холодной погоды имеются два отопительных прибора что может не радовать .

Advantages:

В самом центре, всё близко. По заселению и коммуникации на 10 из 10, без проблем, всё вовремя Огромная ванна :)

Disadvantages:

Квартира сильно прокурена, запах не выветривается :(
