Advantages:

Расположен очень близко к жд вокзалу, буквально 5 минут Быстрое заселение+ доплата картой В целом на 4/5

Disadvantages:

В квартире очень холодно, ручка на окне в комнате сломана, соответственно неплотно закрывается. По поводу чистоты на троечку, некоторые поверхности липкие.. Ну и к соотношению цена/качество большие вопросы, не смотря на праздничные дни
