Дом находится от 25-30 км от Минска. Дом двухэтажный. Разместиться комфортно в доме может до 15 человек. В доме 2 туалета и один душ. Дом на первом этаже имеет планировку двух отдельных жилых помещений о 2-3 комнаты, объединены кухней и общей большой комнатой -столовой-коминной.
Отдых с детьми и животными разрешен.
На территории дома можно жарить шашлыки, отдыхать, загорать. Имеется тканевая беседка на 10 человек. Уютное место.
В самой деревне есть магазин. Озеро "Выгоничанка". Пляж и рыбалка. От а.г. Раков 3км. где находится музей Янушкевича и достопримечательности Ракова- Костёл, церковь.
