Advantages:

Удобное расположение на центральной улице, метро рядом. Приятно, что есть чай, кофе, конфетки.

Disadvantages:

Хорошие фото, на самом деле небольшая квартира а-ля хрушевка, су совсем маленький, вдвоем не разойтись. Белье уставшее. Не очень понравилось общение с хозяином, можно быть приветливее с гостями.
