Дом находится в деревне в 12 километрах от Минска, 25 километров от аэропорта, рядом есть водоемы с платной рыбалкой, в пяти километрах от дома спортивный стадион «Заря», где проходят соревнования по мотокроссу, картинг и т. д. Дом сдается с хозяевами, комнатами, также в доме проживают животные: кошечка и собачка, хозяева днем на работе, вечером будем видеться, живем в отдельной комнате, кухня у нас общая, на кухне есть плита индукционная, посудомоечная машина, микроволновая печь, термопот, холодильник для гостей отдельный, телевизор и вся посуда, необходимая для удобного времяпровождения. Пять километров до спорткомплекса «Стайки». Для гостей есть три комнаты: одна на первом этаже, в ней большая двуспальная кровать, на втором этаже в одной комнате два больших двуспальных дивана, телевизор с выходом на балкон, и еще одна комната с большим диваном двуспальным. Все комнаты закрываются. Будем рады вас видеть у нас в гостях.
