Advantages:

Квартира около метро, большая кровать. Много шкафов, есть всё для жизни (стиральная машинка, холодильник, утюг, фен).

Disadvantages:

Дом ещё не заселён. Все в ремонтных работах, лифты, коридор в деревянных листах. Звукоизоляции нет. Слышно как сосед моет кружку. Это не преувеличение, а реальность. Парковки около дома нет, нужно искать.
