Просторная, ухоженная территория с множеством природных фотозон, детской площадкой, садовыми качелями, прудом, гамаком, сеновалом, зоной барбекю. Также на территории есть дом, баня, пространство для мероприятий вместимостью до 80 человек (с отдельным санузлом, камином, водой, садовой мебелью, телевизором, профсветом, проектором). В доме 7 спальных комнат и 17 спальных мест, оборудованная кухня (холодильник, газовая плита, микроволновка, электрочайник, посуда и столовые приборы, холодная и горячая вода).
На территории могут находиться только те люди, которые указаны в списке (приложение к договору). Гости арендодателей, приехавшие без ночевки, могут находиться на территории комплекса за доплату и только по предварительной договоренности.
