Advantages:

Расположение квартиры очень удобное, рядом большой парк, метро в пешей доступности. В квартире чисто, всё необходимое для проживания имеется, заселение бесконтактное, что для нас было удобно, т. к. непонятно было во сколько мы приедем и во сколько будем выселяться. Если вы на машине, то будьте готовы к тому что с парковкой будет проблема.
