Advantages:

Квартира расположена недалёко от центра города, если учитывать передвижение на автомобиле. До ближайшей станции метро 10 минут пешком. Рядом есть магазины и супермаркет, если необходимо купить продукты. В квартире практически все есть, что необходимо для проживания.

Disadvantages:

Единственное-нет фена, чтобы подсушить волосы, что актуально особенно в зимнее время.
