Гостевой дом – 1 этаж, 1 с/у, оборудованная кухня. Общее количество спальных мест – до 4 человек (оплачивается отдельно).
Открытая беседка максимальной вместимостью – до 30 человек.
Закрытая беседка с кухней и барной стойкой вместимостью – до 12 человек.
Собственная парковка на 6 машин. Огороженная территория.
