Advantages:

Расположение шикарное. Вид на вечный огонь!! Некоторая мебель очень красивая винтажная. Теплый пол в ванной.

Disadvantages:

Запах неприятный в квартире. Ключ только один, нет кода от домофона. Стиралка не работает. Полотенца супер застиранные серые.
