Disadvantages:

Есть мелкие проблемы, нет гигиенического душа, лейка душа не держится, кровать скрипит, дверь в комнату не закрывается, нет занавесок на кухне, тюль сорван, очень шумно с улицы, окна не отрегулированы на закрытие.
