Advantages:

Хорошая квартира недалеко от центра. Есть все необходимое для проживания. Инфраструктура в доступе. Ставлю твердую пятерку.

Disadvantages:

Из минусов - страшненький подъезд, но это уже от хозяев не зависит. Пожелание - стирать полотенца с кондиционером для белья, они очень жесткие.
